Diversified Consultants Inc (DCI) To Host Grand Opening of New Facility in Louisville
Company To Invest $6.65 Million in Louisville Economy

May 19th, 2017 (Louisville, KY)-  Diversified Consultants Inc (DCI) is thrilled to announce the grand opening of their brand new call center facility in Louisville on Wednesday, May 24th.  DCI is an Account Receivables Management Firm servicing major-name telecom clients that will bring a $6.65 million investment to the city of Louisville and create up to 1,000 new jobs.  The business specializes in customer service and collections functions with extensive experience in providing multi-channel customer support solutions ranging from front end customer acquisition support, traditional technical support and proactive outbound voice and digital care.

DCI will lease the bulk of a 60,000 square-foot building in the Commerce Crossings business park.  The new Diversified Consultants office will not only employ customer service agents but office support staff, including HR, quality administration, compliance, quality assurance and other functions.

“DCI’s investment in Louisville is a testament to our thriving business services sector,” said Mayor Greg Fischer. “We are thrilled that Diversified Consultants chose to locate its new facility in Louisville, the proud hometown of its COO Gordon Beck, and I look forward to seeing their future success.”

Gordon Beck, COO of DCI is a Louisville native and graduate of Fern Creek High School.  He has been employed by Diversified Consultants for 19 years and won TRMA’s President’s Award for Speech of the Year and was aslo featured on the cover of the Collection Advisor Magazine for being recognized as one of the industry’s top 30 most influential call-center professionals.

“It has been an absolute dream of mine to bring a branch of our fine organization back to my hometown.  When I left Louisville for Florida in 1997, Louisville never left my heart.  The people of this amazing city are the reason I chose to come back home.  Louisville gave me the best childhood and teenage years a young man could ever ask for and now it’s my turn to give back to the city that bred in me the foundation of the man I am today.  I took those values to Jacksonville with me and helped our amazing team build a company that lives by those very values.  No matter how big we grow, how many clients we have or how many cities we represent, we will never stray from the fundemental culture that has made us the best call center organization in the country and that culture is based on family and people. That is the Louisville way and that is the DCI way and we are humbled, honored and blessed to be able to now call Louisville a part of the DCI family,” says Beck.

The grand opening and official ribbon cutting will take place on Wednesday, May 24th at 10:30 am at 5120 Interchange Way located in Commerce Crossing Business Center.  The agenda and order of speakers is as follows:
