Diversified Consultants, Inc Wins Prestigious Call Center Award insideARM Presents DCI with a Best Workplace Award Third Year in a Row

Diversified Consultants, Inc. (DCI) is proud to announce that it was selected as one of the 2017 Best Call Centers to Work for in the United States by insideARM, a key publication for the complex debt industry. This is the third consecutive year that Diversified Consultants has made an insideARM list, with the other two years being among the Top Collection Agencies.

With there being more than 17,000 call centers in the United States, it is honor to be named one of the best. Diversified Consultants strives to achieve this excellence every day, through developing employees and focusing on the consumer experience. The positive culture promotes a family environment for employees.

Companies participated in a rigorous two-part survey process. First, each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, systems, demographics and philosophy were evaluated. The method concluded with an employee experience survey. Finals rankings were based on compiled scores calculated and facilitated by Best Companies Group, which is an analytics-based research organization with more than 10 years of experience in distinguishing top employers.
